High-temperature resistant thermal insulating coating is one sort
of the aerospace energy-conserving resistant thermal insulating
coatings which consist of the type of high-temperature coating and
the type of the room-temperature coating. The high-temperature
resistant thermal insulating coating, which is the pioneer in the
world, is inorganic mono-component and free of bad odors.
The scope of temperature resistance is from-80℃ to 1500℃, and the
heat conductivity is only 0.03W/m.K. therefore, it can inhibit and
shield the radiant heat of infrared ray and the heat transfer
efficiently. The efficiency of thermal insulation and inhibition is
up to about 90%. It can inhibit the heat radiation and heat
diffusion from the high-temperature object.
And to the low-temperature object, it can keep cool efficiently and
inhibit the cold loss caused by radiating-heat of the environment,
and also it can prevent the object from condensation.
Test conclusion: Painting the high-temperature resistant thermal
insulating coating on the surface of the high-temperature pipeline,
the equipment, the inside and outside of the furnace and the
container can inhibit the heat radiation and heat loss efficiently.
1. Painting 8mm thick coating on the surface of object can decrease
the surface temperature of the object from 1100℃ to less than 100℃.
2. Painting only 6mm thick coating on the surface inside and
outside the hearth and furnace can decrease the heat loss more than
30%.
3. The coating painted on the inner walls of the hearth and furnace
will be more level and smoother than any other material. And the
function of infrared reflection of the frame can be enhanced. So
the heat absorption of inner walls of furnace will be decreased,
and then the flame temperature of furnace increases.
4. Painting 10mm thick coating on the box at the temperature of
-30℃ will keep the internal temperature of the box no higher than
0℃ in 24 hours.
5. Chloride ion content in coating is zero, and the coating can
prevent the wet chloride and sulfide from exposure to the metal
surface in the course of craftwork or in the air. So it has the
satisfying anticorrosion effect, and it won’t cause the weld seam
embrittlement.
6. The coating can be used on the flue, the air channel and wind
shield, etc. and it has the good characters of strong wear
resistance and impact resistance.
7. The insulating coefficient of the coating is very high, and the
insulating efficiency under high temperature is very good.
8. The coating is free of bad odors, and it will neither deform nor
decompose under the high temperature.

features of water resistance, crack control, fire resistance, sound
insulation, flame resistance, insulation, wear resistance,

efficiently, and it keeps the inherent temperature and energy of
the object consistently, such as, heat insulation, heat
preservation, cold insulation and the freezing prevention, etc.

3. Resistance to Elasticity: the coating can prevent the base
material from the expansion and contraction caused by heat or cold
